TRAVEL
- HOTEL: 1 room per photographer booked. We prioritize comfort and wellness, so we trust thoughtful care will go into this arrangement.
- FLIGHT: Round-trip flight per photographer.To be booked by the client or can be booked by our team then invoiced for reimbursement
- TRANSPORTATION: All transport logistics — including airport transfers, ride-hailing, or car rentals from the hotel to the wedding venue — should be arranged and covered by the client. Alternatively, these costs can be invoiced for reimbursement.
BOOKING
Secure your special day with a 50% deposit. The remainder is due 2 weeks before your wedding date, along with any travel costs.
We will send over a formal invoice and contract. Deposits and signature can all be done online.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Engagement (Pre-wedding) Session: 2 weeks
Full Wedding Gallery: 6-8 weeks.
Prints: 2-3 weeks after confirmation of your album design and your photo selection.
PACKAGE UPGRADES
We understand things change during the wedding planning process. Just be sure to make those requests within 90 days of your wedding date.
NUMBER OF IMAGES
Varies by the scope wedding, but estimated 500-1,000 photos.
HIGHLIGHT | SNEAK PEEK PHOTOS
Expect your event hightlight within 2-3 weeks after your wedding day.
EDITING PROCESS
All images in your gallery will be edited to our signature style (color correction, tones, vibrancy, etc).
For more intimate portraits, such as bride & groom portraits, this may include skin retouching, blemish removal, etc where need be
